Mission Statement/Mandate
The Age Friendly Thunder Bay Elder Abuse Prevention Committee vision is to raise awareness of crimes against older adults with its mission to promote community and agencies participation in a larger network designed to increase awareness and knowledge about prevention, intervention, advocacy, investigations, and resolutions into elder abuse. The Committee meet at 1:30 pm the third Thursday of the month in the 55 Plus Centre.
