Mission Statement/Mandate
The Grey Bruce Elder Abuse Prevention Network (GBEAPN) raises awareness about abuse of older adults and increases the community’s capacity to prevent and respond to abuse of older adults through providing education and supporting development of policies and protocols related to abuse of older adults. The GBEAPN also advocates for supports and services for vulnerable older adults to reduce the risk older adults will experience abuse.
