Perth County Elder Abuse Committee
Mission Statement/Mandate
PEACe is a committee comprised of local working professionals and community members who are passionate about raising awareness and understanding about elder abuse. The PEACe committee promotes and facilitates various education and awareness opportunities and provides advocacy for vulnerable seniors.
PEACe consists of a group of agencies and organizations working collaboratively, including representatives from Alzheimer’s Society, Long-Term Care, Retirement Homes, Primary Health Care, Seniors Mental Health, Police and Community Support Services.
