Mission Statement/Mandate
To identify, reduce and/or prevent elder abuse in the District of Timiskaming by providing education, resources and awareness programs.
The Timiskaming Elder Abuse Task Force (TEATF) is a committee representing a diverse group of service providers, and interested individuals who are committed to improving the wellness of seniors within Timiskaming, through education and awareness about the prevention of elder abuse.
