Iryna Sobol, in 2022 joined EAPO bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to her role as Director, Communications and Marketing. Drawing on her extensive background in education, strategic communications, and behavioural psychology, Iryna leads the development and implementation of EAPOs preferred communications forums, while creating educational resources and materials, to support the work of the organization.  She continues to earn a growing number of professional Certifications in this fast changing field, to effectively integrate data-driven strategies with empathetic communications.
