EAPO provides training on a wide range of issues to provide individuals the knowledge to recognize the warning signs of abuse, assess risk, skills to respond and intervene and how to support older adults at risk or experiencing abuse. Please check the topics you would like covered in your training session. If more than one topic is chosen, EAPO can arrange to create an ‘Training Series’ for your participants. EAPO will work with you to arrange the appropriate presentations and time frames to cover the topics.

All sessions/workshops include an evaluation process, to assist EAPO in building quality sessions for community stakeholders and partners. An evaluation will follow each training with participants sent a link to complete a short survey via survey monkey. There may also be the option for the organizer to send participants the evaluation form via email and return the forms to EAPO.

EAPO may opt to charge participants a modest fee to cover incidentals and staff time for preparation and delivery of training. An invoice will be sent prior to the session, with settlement of the account to be paid prior to the presentation.

Non-Profit Fee: Honorarium to cover any speaker costs.
