The Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments (OBSI) partnered with EAPO to provide an insightful webinar on Protecting Seniors from Financial Harm. The presentation highlighted OBSI’s role in resolving disputes between consumers and financial services firms. OSBI presenters walked through real cases involving vulnerable seniors and showcased valuable tools and resources to support and protect senior’s financial well-being.
