Elder Abuse Prevention Ontario, along with the Canadian Network for the Prevention of Elder Abuseand the Canadian Centre for Women Empowerment, hosted a panel of speakers to share insights into current practices under the current Code of Conduct for the Delivery of Banking Services to Seniors, and survivors who offered lived expertise from both senior abuse and domestic/economic violence perspectives.

The panel assessed the real-world impact of the seniors’ code, highlighted best practices, and identified lessons that can guide the development of the new Code of Conduct on the Prevention of Economic Abuse.
