Understanding Sexual Violence & Abuse of Older Adults

Please join the Women's Support Network of York Region on June 15 at 12:00 p.m. (EST) for a virtual workshop on ''Understanding Sexual Violence & Abuse of Older Adults.

This workshop will examine the sexual violence and abuse of older adults, a form of violence and abuse that is less discussed in society and the media. This overview will explore what abuse is, effects of abuse on older adults, and how to help and be supportive. Participants will be engaged through interactive activities.
