IG Day - Reconnecting Generations: Inspirational Ideas from Across Canada

Each year on June 1, across Canada Intergenerational Day is recognized! IG Day is a celebration of the mutual benefits of building relationships across generations. This year, EAPO in collaboration with IG Connections are hosting a webinar to highlight programs from across Canada to provide a snapshot of IG initiatives and their successes. We look forward to joining our IG Day event to learn how you too can engage in learning and adapting IG programs into your communities and/or volunteer in local intergenerational projects.
Speakers will share experience of working various programs including: GrandPals (ON), Mutual Mentoring Program (AB), High School Programs (NB) and an overview of the Intergenerational Action Plan.
